What is the CheckOps App?

The CheckOps App is a simple tool designed to help you track your daily work hours. It allows you to check in and out easily, provides reminders, and records your time and location automatically.
How do I download the CheckOps App?

To download the app:
- Scan the QR code provided using your device’s App Store.
- Tap "Install" and open the app once it's installed.
How do I log in to the CheckOps App?

To log in:
- Enter your employee ID when prompted.
- Tap “Sign In.”
If you don’t know your Employee ID, contact your manager for assistance.
Do I need to accept the Privacy Policy?

Yes, you must review and accept the Privacy Policy before proceeding:
- Read the policy thoroughly.
- Check the box to confirm your acceptance.
- Tap “Continue” to proceed.
Why does the app require my location?

The app needs access to your location to record where you are checking in or out. When prompted:
- Tap “Continue.”
- Choose the option “Allow while using the app.”
How do I check in using the app?

Each day at 9:00 AM, you’ll receive a push notification reminding you to check in:
- Open the app.
- Tap “Check In.”
Make sure to do this as soon as you arrive at your work site.
How do I check out at the end of my shift?

At the end of your shift:
- Reopen the CheckOps App.
- Tap “Check Out.”
You’ll also receive a push notification reminder to complete your checkout at the end of your shift.
Is there anything else I need to do after checking in/out?

No! Once you’ve checked in or out, the app will automatically record your time and location. You’re all set!
What should I do if I have trouble with the app?

If you encounter any issues or need help using the CheckOps App, feel free to:

Why was I automatically logged out of CheckOps?

For security reasons, CheckOps will automatically log you out after 30 days after your first log in. Simply log in again to continue using the application. Ensure that you are using the same device to log in.
The app is not opening. What should I do?

Try these steps:
- Close the app completely and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Ensure you're using the latest version of the app.
- If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
I didn’t receive the OTP email. How can I get it resent?

- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct employee ID.
- Tap on the “Resend OTP” option if available.
- If still not received, contact your manager or the support team.
Can I use the CheckOps App on multiple devices?

No. Your account is tied to one device only. If you need to switch phones or reinstall the app, please contact support to reset your device access.
Why am I getting an error when trying to check in/out?

Common causes include:
- Poor internet connection.
- Incorrect login credentials.
- Location services disabled.
Try checking your Wi-Fi/mobile data, ensure location access is enabled, and try again.
How do I update the CheckOps App?

- Open your device’s App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Search for "CheckOps".
- If an “Update” button appears, tap it.
Keeping the app updated ensures smooth performance and security.
My push notifications aren’t working. How do I fix this?

- Go to your phone settings > Notifications > CheckOps App.
- Ensure notifications are enabled.
- For iOS: Also make sure “Time-Sensitive Notifications” are allowed.
- Force close and reopen the app after enabling permissions.
CheckOps is only available on Singapore stores.
If you are not on Singapore store, please follow these steps:

- Create a new store account with Singapore (SG) set as the country/region.
- Apple devices (iPhone/iPad): Create a new Apple ID with region set to Singapore.
- Android devices (Google Play): Create a new Google Account with region set to Singapore.
- Huawei devices (AppGallery): Create a new Huawei ID with region set to Singapore.
- Open the following link in your browser: https://www.sg-lpstech.com/
- From the link, install CheckOps through the respective store.
- Once CheckOps is installed, you may sign out of the SG account and log back in with your original account.
- The app will remain on your device and continue to work normally.
How do I clear the app cache?

For Android:
- Settings > Apps > CheckOps > Storage > Clear Cache.
For iOS:
- iOS doesn’t allow manual cache clearing. You may need to delete and reinstall the app.
